I was just curious with the holidays coming up and more get togethers/parties. How did you tolerate it? I am not a drinker anyway, but was thinking of maybe having a little something. I guess I'm feeling a little more social since the weight loss. I know alot of doctors say to wait a while before having alcohol and that weight loss patients absorb more of it, and faster. What's your thoughts/plans on alcohol ???

OK...back from the doctor and I feel great!!! Bye Bye 70 pounds and hello new me! I knew my home scale was crap, but I'm glad to have 70 pounds off. Would have liked to get out of the 300's, but with only 5 pounds to lose and I'll be in the 200's, there is no worry. I'll be there in no time. Labs were drawn and I was told to eat more carbs (???) and that may or may not be my problem. They want to rule out low blood sugar. Everything else is fine and they say I'm right on target. As soon as I get the results of my labs, I will let you know about the dizziness. Here is the updated picture I told you about. On another board I was talked into taking pictures. I resisted at first feeling that I still have a long way to go before comfortable. But I had a good day so I thought what the heck. Anyway there are posted on the my profile. I hope all of you are taking pictures because it really is getting to a point in our journey we can see a difference.
