hi fellow julyers!
i am frustrated because i didn't lose any this week. it seems like my losing pattern is a pound a day for a while, then it stops and goes very slow, to speeding back up to a pound a day or so again.

I was so depressed this morning when I got on the scale and it had't moved since last week.Hopefully this week will be better.

Hi Kim! I was 200.0 yesterday morning too. But drank lots of water yesterday and woke up in onederland! Be sure to update us when you are in onederland!
