I went today for my 3 month post-op visit with my surgeon.
Here are my stats:
Highest Weight: 278 lbs
Day of Surgery: 243 lbs
Today 10.29.07: 182 lbs
Total loss since surgery: 61 lbs
Total loss since highest weight: 96 lbs
Wow! I am smokin'!!! 
My goal is to be down a total of 100 lbs by 4 months post-op. Can I do it?? I think so!!!
