I am losing TONS of hair. IN the shower when I run my fingers thru (working the shampoo thru.. ) my fingers come out matted in hair. I am FREAKING out. I bought a hair skin and nails vitamin.. but doc said to expect it at 3 - 4 months.. it will grow back. Luckily I have EXTREMELY thinck hair, so it's not noticeable, except in the garbage pail after I clean out the brush, the drain, the floor ect. I hope it stops soon

Topic: Bye Bye 50 Pounds Forever!
Just had to share!! I'm down 50# and I've made my Turkey Day Challenge goal... so, I'm going to increase that. I will start my daily blogs again week since things are finally starting to slow down and I'm getting back into my routines again..... it's been a tough 3 weeks (see blogs for details).
