I'm having hair loss as well. I have been losing it since about 3 months out. It is very depressing because I had thin hair when I started this and now it is even worse. No one has commented on it, but I notice it in the shower, on my floor in the bathroom, around my sink, all down the back of my clothes - it's everywhere except on my head! I just dont see how I have any hair left! I have noticed these little baby hairs, but I don't know if that is just left overs from broken hair or if it is new hair???? I dunno, but I think if it starts getting REALLY bad then I will get some form of hair piece... they make some really cute styles now.
PLEASE OH PLEASE I hope it stops soon!!!

Ok, now I'm officially jealous.
I cross my legs sometimes, usually when I can lean back on a sofa or something. I sit in (and fit) in chairs sometimes and I think maybe I can cross my legs.....but I don't try because I'm afraid to not be able to do it.
But I'm close!!!!

I share in your joy - I can't seem to stop crossing mine. Something so small to most - and so impactful to others....like us. Most people don't understand nor recognize the blessings that they enjoy every moment of every day until those "small" pleasures are not there anymore.
Crossing my legs, wearing a watch that doesn't cut into my wrist, sitting in a chair and not having my sides and backside stick out from all sides, getting in and out of the bathtub without needing some sort of assistance ... and God knows there more. All I can say is...
good for you H A and good for us - realizing that its the small things that can make your day...and in some cases, make your life. Keep crossing those legs girl!

Topic: Need Protein, without the sweet taste- HELP!
I have been trying different protein drinks - they all taste very sweet to me. I am almost at a point where I feel safer just drinking my skim milk on ice - three meals a day and call it a day. Not such a good idea, surely, however, THIN liquids seems to be the only thing that I enjoy. Skim Milk, orange juice (unsweetened), Crystal light, and I absolutely love water over ice. So, I'd rather drink than eat. I don't enjoy eating right now - a whole different person from the gal that could eat a foot long sub, bag of chips, and large drink and still not feel "full".
I have found one unflavored Whey online - just a moment ago - from GNC - has anyone tried unflavored whey powders? When you mix it with milk or water - do you get a thick consistency? My two demons - sweet taste, and thick consistency!
Any tips or advise are greatly appreciated. Though I am losing weight rapidly, I want it to be a healthy weight loss.

I have been losing "rapidly". I don't expect to gain until somewhere between the 12th & 14th month ... so I have been told and even then, it should only be a small amount of weight gain. I do have friends that gained, one in particular got nervous about the gain and went back on her CIB for two weeks and loss the "gain" in less than two weeks. As long as you are doing all the right things, you'll be fine.
