But today I have some better news High Weight: 303 Day of Surgery Weight: 276.5 12/31 Weight 214 Lbs gone since surgery: 62.5 Total Lbs gone for good: 89 I just know yer gonna get backup on that horse & ride ride ride! nothing... LOL Well hubby did get me some SF chocolate... I ate a couple pieces and threw the rest away... I think that helped my 5 pound gain this week.... but the weight started coming off when the chocolate hit the trash... mmmmm wondering if my body was telling me something... LOL

Happy New Year!!! Today is my 5 month surgiversary... LOL (I dont even know if that is a word or heck even spelled right... LOL As of today my weight is 281.5, so that is down 92 pounds since my actual surgery day and 113.5 pounds down since I started the liquid diet right before surgery. How amazing is that. My percent of excess weigh is amazing also.. I started with 240 excess pounds (per doc, he said I should be 150..LOL), I started with 205 excess pounds to my goal of 190. So far I have lost 113.5 pound and I have lost 47% of my excess weight and 55% of my excess weight to my goal of 190 pounds... How crazy is that, all of that in 5 months.... WOW My inches have dropped dramatically also... Waist from 63" down to 48" = loss of 15" Bust from 64" down to 52.5" = loss of 11.5" Hips from 69" down to 56" = loss of 13" Upper Arm from 18.5" down to 14" = loss of 4.5" Thigh from 35" down to 27.5" = loss of 7.5" Calf from 24" down to 19.5" = loss of 4.5" Neck from 14.5" down to 13 = loss of 1.5" I have gone from a never fitting 32 jeans to a nice fitting 24. My top has gone from a 4-5XL down to a XL. This surgery has been amazing. I am working my tool to the best of my ability, I do admit that I havent excercised like I should but that is part of my New Years goal. This year I wore a size 18 pant/18-20 jeans sometimes(LaneBryant) A 2X top and god knows what size bra 44dd good grief and a 8 in a shoe Today I wear a size 10 in jeans pants and skirts and a large in tees and shirts some mediums (the girls need room) and a 40 D in bras even my shoe size is now 71/2 weird..my 8's flip flop I did not take measurements but my wrist size is so much smaller too a gold charm bracelet my son bought me a few years ago (that I could not wear TOO TIGHT)now it dangles with room (who knew)
