You are doing awesome... look at the Body Fat Percentages going down... WAY TO GO!!! And look how close you are to goal... 320 - 140(goal) = 180 pounds to loose 180 pounds / 76 pounds lost = 42.22% is what you have already lost till you get to goal. HOLY MOLY... you are doing awesome. And that 76 pounds are gone FOREVER!!! Congratulations Susan

Not only am I somewhat stalled, I gained 5 pounds. I don't know..... But I do like the numbers I'm seeing so far. Highest Weight - 320+ I'll never really know for sure.... Surgery Weight - 312 Excess Weight to Goal - 104 (goal of 140) Weight Today - 244.0 Total Pounds Lost - 75 My trainer took this measurement when I began training: (September) Body Fat percentage: 47.5% (December) Body Fat percentage: 38.8% I'm always relunctant to say that these pounds are "gone forever". I always remind myself that I could easily find myself back at 320 lbs if I do not begin to establish healthy habits NOW.

Heidi, I made these on Sunday and even my husband and kids liked them... PK's Protein Pumpkin Pies Ingredients: 22 Fl oz can pure pumpkin 6 scoops vanilla protein powder (mine has 110 cals, 28 protein per scoop) 12 oz can evaporated skim milk 6 large eggs 3/4 cup sugar twin brown sugar substitute 1 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp nutmeg Pre heat oven to 400. Mix sugar and spices in a small bowl, set aside. Lightly whip 6 eggs in a large bowl, add in pumpkin and mix thoroughly before sprinkling in sugar mix. Blend protein powder and milk in a separate bowl with a hand mixer, then add to the pumpkin bowl mixing well before filling 18 lightly greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 300 and cook for 40 - 50 minutes. Pies are cooked when a knife is inserted into the middle and comes out clean. 84 Calories, 3 Fat, 6 Carbs, 12 Protein Also, Melissa F. suggested mixing cream cheese w/ splenda and vanilla or maple for an icing. I did this also and it was good. I used ff cream cheese w/ splenda and sf vanilla syrup to taste.
