Congrats for your weight loss!! Good luck with your pouch test! Yesterday was my last day and I'm happy to be done! I haven't decided if I want to do it again next month or not!! I just hope I stick with my good habits that I developed during these past 5 days!! Keep us updated with your results!

So...I am extremely happy with the results from this pouch test. Not only does my pouch feel tighter and happier, but I lost a total of 6 pounds since Day 1!!! I am currently 159 pounds!! I will be honest, it was very tough, but this diet really makes you realize just how much you are snacking and you don't realize it. For instance, I will fix my little boy a bowl of animal crackers or some little snack like that and I will grab a couple of them without even realizing it, but with this diet you really think about things like that. Anyway, I hope that everyone else did great with the diet....not only with the weight loss, but with the sense of being in control of you pouch again!!! I feel great that I was able to stay on this diet and for once in my life I didn't cheat and eat something that I wasn't suppose to!! I can't wait to see how everyone else has done! Please post with your results! Leslie

So Day 1 is gone.... thank goodness... LOL I know for a fact that I didnt get in enough protein, so I really need to work on that. All of the protein shake mix is gross... LOL... so I have been drinking my skim milk... LOL I started on Friday with a weight of 270.0 and this morning I weigh 269.0 whooohoo I am not sure if it had anything to do with the diet or pooping... I am thinking pooping... LOL but I will still take that pound lost... LOL So today is Day 2, I will try and get more protein in.... Happy Day Susan

yeah I am thinking it is just me being full of poo... LOL... not like it is the first time... LOL Since I started whinning about my scale being mean... I have poo'ed twice and now I am back to my same weight (my lowest) as of today... so I think hubby was correct (hard to admit.. LOL) I am full of Sh*t.... KIK Thanks for your support Susan

Thanks for being there with me.... it is rough isnt it. And I agree, it will come off in time... it didnt get put on us in one day and it isnt gonna come off in one day. You are doing great. Thanks Susan

I agree with Abbie. I go by my lowest weight when I go through these jumping patterns. If the scale said I weighed 172 and the next morning I was 173 I know that extra pound is either a) water weight or b) poo weight. Like Abbie said, there is no possible way we could gain weight eating under 1000 calories a day. So just go by the lowest weight. I know it can get disheartening, but hey maybe that poo you finally had today dropped you a couple of pounds and you'll be back in love with your scale in the morning! Andi
