Topic: RE: Monday Weigh In
Okay, so I measured tonight and while I've only lost 11 pounds since 11/14/07, I have lost 21.5 inches in total. Details are posted in my blog. Not too bad, I guess.
Topic: RE: ...size 14 ya'all
You know what is weird is that I was a 14 when I got married 13 years ago. I somehow feel smaller now. I felt fat and insecure when I was this size before. I guess I didn't appreciate it.

Thanks, Jean.
I'm upping the protein and really cutting the carbs (even though they were not high to begin with). I have not taken measurements since November. I will do that soon - thanks for the reminder. I'm sure you will get back on track... We've gone through too much to turn back.
Take care and let me know how your 5DPT goes, Abbie
Topic: RE: 5-6 month stall, and pouch test???
I did experience a new tightness in the pouch and I eat less than I did before. The pounds that I had gained are gone and I'm about 2 pounds lower than that. I know my period also was a factor in that gain/loss.
I recommend the pouch test, especially if you're not very disciplined in following the WLS rules.
