Well this is Synergy checking in ... I am 158 pounds this week ... I am still losting ... sometimes no more than one pound a week - but I never gain (smile).  I am 8 lbs til goal and there is where I wanna be.

I could do better with my protein intake - I think I am going to start taking my whey powder in my oatmeal (while the oatmeal is dry before cooking) and my chocolate flavored whey powder I think I will put a bit in my coffee.

I am NOT eating anymore between the meal snacks - I was doing wheat-air-popped popcorn and celery/ all natural peanut butter.  Well, I decided that if I am not truly "hungry" - I won't be snacking - just to be snacking.

Congrats to all - lets stay the course.  Oh, I am in a size 6 and lovin every minute of it!

Hi all -

DOS - 300

Today - 156.4

Total of 150 but a bit less than that from DOS loss.

Slowly losing like many of you - 3-5 a month, but sometimes I stay put for 6 weeks...

I run a good bit now - 3/4 miles 2-4 days a week...

need to really work on lifting weights - especially in my arms!

I'm still a size 14 tho - still a bit of flab around the middle, in addition to excess skin... would love to lose 10 more pounds before plastics... but we shall see if that's in the cards!  I am happy and thrilled with where i am regardless of whether i ever lose another ounce!!!

So thrilled I decided to have the surgery!!!

I was starting to think I was the only one stalled.... I have been at the same weight for abot 4 months give take five pounds during the month... no real gain, no real loss...

Surgery weight: 285
Last week: 158
This week: 156ish

Still go to the gym, probably eat too many carbs... and now know for sure, I can eat anything in this world... so knowledge is a dangerous thing and I am trying to use that wisely.  I do not ever want to go back to that place where I was... so trying to use all the things I know and be a good role model for the newbies I know... that is positive pressure!
