MONDAY Weigh In!!!
Good Morning! I skipped last week because I was frustrated. Still frustrated but need to keep myself accountable too (I have been making some bad choices with food, I attribute it to stress eating as work has been near unbearable). I was down to 186 on Friday, however, back up to 189 today. It is almost my TOM so I am hoping to drop the 3-4 that I usually do around that time. I have 19 days until I go to Florida to visit. Can I lose 8-10 more? Hope so as I will live in a bathing suit that week...yikes! Here's my stats:

I suppose maintaining is okay. Just really wished I could break into the 150's soon!! I've been up and down a pound or so for nearly two months!! I'm really enjoying the nice springlike weather, but I'm a little afraid of what the Summer will be like. I'm really HATING my inner thighs right now. They are soo flabby, but I guess I'll get a swim dress or maybe swim shorts. I've never felt all that great in a swim suit, but we'll see. The kids ask everyday, "Is is swim time yet". They are really looking forward to going swimming!! Sorry I got a little winded. Hope everyone is having a great week!

I love my monavie! Sleeping so much sounder and I have alot more energy.
