Day of Surgery: 312.8 Today: 229.2 Total Lost: 83.6 Since Last Week: +1 from last week Screw the flippin' plateau....I'm sigining up for the Disney Half Marathon this week. If that doesn't break the plateau I don't know what will!!!

well I wont complain I am truly gratefull for as far as I have come and I will stop trying to reach some goal/ number...and just like myself...that being said DOS 271 today 173 I havent lost too much last month or two but I feel good...thats whats important right?

I stayed the same again. Who knows??? I'm going to change things this week and see what happens. Congrats to all of you "losers"!!

Hey all - I am down 108 total and 100.4 since surgery... I am .1 oz away from onederland (yeppers, that means 200.0 on the nose)... and I am thrilled and anxious to get there since it's this big line in my head that i am just dying to cross!!
