MONDAY WEIGH IN!!!

Well I skipped last week and it looks like I am the first one this week... LOL Last week sucked and I didnt loose anything... LOL but this week is better... Highest: 405.0 Consult: 395.0 Surgery: 373.5 (7/31/07) Today: 247.5 (3/24/08) Lost since consult: 147.5 Lost since surgery: 115.0 I have a personal goal for myself to be at 245 by the 31st (my 8 month surgiversary) and it looks like I might actually get there...LOL... usually I miss my monthly goals...LOL Have a great day everyone... Highest/at consult: 254 At beginning of Risk Reduction Program: 249 At start of 2 week pre-op diet: 229 Day of surgery: 218 Today: 137.4 So the total lost is about 116 lbs. Since surgery itself, it's 80.6 lbs.

Highest: 496lbs DOS: 355 lbs Last week : 261.6lbs Today: 265.6 lbs up 4 lbs this week down 89.4 lbs from surgery down 230.4 lbs from highest weight my weight was going down last week and then this week my cycle started and my weight went crazy again. hope next week is better.

keep up the good work. We need to kick Aunt Flo's booty, she seems to always bring alot of luggage with her. She will leave and so will the extra water weight she brings with her. HUGS Susan
