hi julyers...... highest-261 dos-240 today-143 total lost-118 lbs. whoa..... i had no idea since surgery-97 until goal..... only 13 pounds!!!!!! everyone is doing awesome!!!! jen

Hi every one, Highest 361.5 Today 241 Goal 180 Total Loss is 120.5 I had a bad stall. I figured out I was not eating enough calories. I upped my protein and water intake and I am going down .5 to 1.5 pounds a day. I am glad I figured it out. Talk to you soon, Victoria

Hi I drink 64 oz of water and I get 64 grams of protein. It usually equals 1000 to 1200 calories per day. I hope this helps.
