Mmmkay-- how many calories?
Well since my little funk of a stall, in the last few days I've taken a break from counting calories and only went to the gym once this week. I do have a lot of work issues taking up my time right now so I'm not exercising just because of my funk. As soon as the sun starts to rise I'm going to go try a run.
I go for 4x elliptical 30 minutes and a walk on the weekend (a long one 1 hr) so 5x/wk
I started light weights 3x/wks starting about two-three weeks ago.
My calories last week were around 900-1000 /day.
I never count my calories, but this got me thinking. I've been on a 2 1/2 -3 week slump, so yesterday I counted and was astonished at what a saw! Yesterday my count was 1200! No wonder I haven't been loosing! My Dr.'s reccomndation for this far out is 1000 calories, but I didn't think I was anywhere near that. Today I got back to basics and at 4pm am at 420 calories + 200 from protien supp.s = 620. Figure that should go up to around 800 after dinner. Much better I think. As for exercise, Docs reccomendation is 5 days a week, 10 warm up then 30 minutes aerobic exercise and 5 min cool down, for a total 45 minutes. I'm actually doing 3 days a week at 45-60 minutes aerobic then 30 minutes weights. Seems to work better for me. Good luck everyone and keep loosing!
