I'm Worried Guys...
It seems like we're all in the same boat. Just like you, I'm doing everything I know to do and the scale has not moved for about a month.
My personal trainer wants me to step up the intensity of my workouts, he thinks that my body has grown accustomed to the level of activity I do: 2 days of strength training, 3-4 days of cardio and bozing lessons 2-3 times a week.
Perhaps you need to do more than just walking? Building up some more muscle mass makes your metabolism work harder and burn more fat. I've lost only half of my excess weight at 7 months out yet my arms and waist are getting pretty defined.
Hang in there, we're all going to get there. *fingers crossed*
Thanks Monica for your response. That makes sense to me to "up" my exercise. I will do just that. Now the hard part is making myself do it! Thanks again and I'll keep you posted on my progress. Let me know how your changes have made an effect on your weight loss too. I'd be very interested to know.

This is cool I didn't realize there was a July site! It's amazing how many of us are in the same boat, I am also in quite a bit of a stall! It's depressing and frustrating especially when people keep asking how much have you lost now and when you say you've just maintained they look at you like, see I knew this surgery thing was a bad idea! I keep trying to tell myself to just hang in there and it will pass and I guess these pounds will come off slower, it's just so hard after seeing the pounds come off so fast in the beginning! I know for me I need to stop eating in the evening, that is my old bad habit which I'm falling back into. I'm not eating "bad " foods, but I think to try to stop eating after like 7pm may help? Good luck, I definitely feel the same way!
