Highest: 312 DOS: 295 Today: 203.5 Total lost: 108.5 Since surgery: 91.5 It seems like I lose a pound and spend the rest of the week trying to hold on to that loss. (sometimes two weeks). I can see the slow down and change in the last month or so. Now is the hard part. Heidi

Seems like we are all in the same boat.... DOS: 312.8 Today: 237 Total loss: 75.8 I lost the same 4-5 pounds that 've been gaining and losing for the past few weeks. Let's see what this week holds. I keep telling myself that the weight loss is not over, but I worry sometimes.
