Here's some recipes I've tried recently and really liked. Thought I would share! Mock Rice Pudding: 2 cups skim milk 1 scoop protein powder cinnamon to taste nutmeg to taste 1 small box instant SF/FF vanilla pudding mix 16 oz. light cottage cheese 2 small snack-sized boxes of raisins Wisk protein powder (I used Unjury plain), cinnamon, and nutmeg into milk. Then wisk in pudding mix. After a few minutes when it starts to thicken, stir in cottage cheese and raisins. Let is stand, covered, in the fridge for about an hour (the longer it sits, the softer the raisins will be). With the added protein powder, a 1/2 cup serving is about 13 g protein! It's really good! Parmesean Tuna Patties (from the 5 day pouch test web site) 1 (6 3/4-oz) can albacore tuna 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 large egg 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons ground flaxmeal 1 dash garlic powder 1 dash onion powder 1 dash salt Directions: Drain tuna. Blend all ingredients in a medium size bowl and form into patties. Fry in oil (I use olive oil, but you may use cooking spray****il brown on edges. Turn. Fry until done. Recipe serves four. Per serving: 284 calories, 32 grams protein, 15 grams fat (3 saturated) and 4 grams carbohydrate. I couldn't find flax meal so I used Italian Bread crumbs and it was excellent (I'm not normally a tuna-loving person). My husband really liked them too!
