5 day pouch test
Hi everyone!
I know that I've been reading that some of you are struggling with snacking and not eating the way you should... I know that I've been struggling with that since the holidays and can't seem to quite get back on track. Here's something I heard about and I think I might try. I am glad to know that I'm not the only one that can't get back on track after the holidays!!! I felt like I was the only one that was doing this! I was feeling as if I had lost my willpower!!!
I definitely want to try it. I was going to start it the first week of the new year, but I haven't yet.
How about we do it together and we report to each other every night? Maybe that would keep us on track for the 5 days. Who ever would like to try it can join in. We could post our food, thoughts, etc. for the day and make sure we don't slip up.

I would love to join in! I saw this posted a while back and thought about doing it. I guess this is what I needed to get serious about doing it. I started back at the gym 2 weeks ago and have only lost 2 lbs since then. I know, gaining muscle and all, but still want to see those numbers move again. I'm down 86 lbs and am only 27 away from my goal. I need a jump-restart. Anyways would love to join in if you'll have me!

Okay- so Monday it is! Unfortuneately, I won't be able to post about it on Monday because I have the day off of work and won't have access to a computer So....I will post on Tuesday about how it is going. I weighed 186 pounds this morning. With what I've read about it, it may be possible to drop down to 180 by the end of the week. I'm not really banking on that, though. I really want to do this to get back on the right track. Good luck to everyone who is going to try it with us!!!

I, too, would love to drop some pounds, but my main reasoning in doing this is to help break this snacking that I've developed. I know that if I stop the snacking then I will definitely drop some pounds in the long run.
So....this morning I weighed 165 pounds. Let's see if I do lose any weight by doing this!
