Calories...
hi shari,
i am wondering the same thing.... i felt i was low on calories to begin with, but now i am averaging closer to 800 a day. i am scared to be this high, but i don't snack (usually), and i eat until i am just content, not full. i do have to say that i have been having more "regular" foods as opposed to reduced fat or non fat. today i had a total of 806 cals. here is what i ate today:
b- slim fast low carb rtd (190 cals, 20 protein)
l- salad with bacon, egg, turkey, and blue cheese with 1 T of ranch (230 cals, 13 protein)
d- met-rx protein plus bar and 1 light string cheese (360 cals, 41 protein)
s- diet hot cocoa ( 25 cals, 1 protein)
what do you think? is this similar to how you eat? i am not allowed snacks, but do occasionally have peanuts, soy nuts, and protein balls if i feel starving. i am interested to see what other people say!

My calories are not consistent. I range anywhere between 735 (rare) to 1000. I would say looking at my graph on sparkpeople I mostly stay between 850-950 calories.
I also have been at a stall.
I think if you feel you need a few more calories you should have them. What about adding some protein?
Heidi
My calories usually fall somewhere between 1000 - 1200. I do notice more hunger if I go much below 1000.
I usually get in 60-80g of protein a day but also eat some pasta/bread, so I have considered slightly reducing carbs and calories to speed things up. However, for now it's working okay...will see where I land at the end of this month and then adjust as needed.

Shari,
I have been wondering the same thing!
I looked back at FitDay and I have been averaging 1000 - 1100 calories. This started around the holidays. It seems as though, it progresses every couple of months. I do still primarily eat protein and seem to be satisfied w/ my intake.
I am a bit tired of meat, so I am trying different ways to keep the protein high without consuming much meat. I've been eating more cottage cheese, ricotta cheese and even tried the SouthBeach Cinnamon Raisin bars - which are also very good. I finally tried PK's pumpkin muffins this weekend. They are good and have 12 grams of protein.
Hope you feel better -
Abbie
Heidi,
I made these on Sunday and even my husband and kids liked them...

Also, Melissa F. suggested mixing cream cheese w/ splenda and vanilla or maple for an icing. I did this also and it was good. I used ff cream cheese w/ splenda and sf vanilla syrup to taste.
