My highest weight was 290.
The day of surgery, I weighed 265.
Today, I weigh 207.
Total weight loss is 83 pounds. Loss since sugery is 58 pounds.
I stayed the same during the holidays- probably for the first time in my life!
day of surgery: 331 lbs.
today: 263 lbs.
Total: 68 lbs
i don't feel like its a lot but i guess it is..i think i'm just not used to losing this much weight... hope everyone enjoyed their new year! keep up the good work!
