Seems like I lose every other week now. Starting Weight 296 DOS 281 Today 220 Loss this week: -3.5 Total Loss -76

Date of Surgery 255 Today: 184 Total of 71 lbs lost O.... N.... L..... Y..... 40.0 to go!! I think I can, i think I can...... I KNOW I CAN!!! So thrilled with my decision to have my RNY!!

I'm so glad to hear that I'm not alone in things slowing down/stalling. I'm struggling with making good choices, too. I love the holidays but I need to realize that I can't eat through them anymore! Starting weight 300 surgery weight 285 current 203 I want to break 200 SO BAD!!!

Good News! I'm down 3 more pounds. High Weight: 303 Day of Surgery Weight: 276.5 12/3 Weight: 219 Lbs gone since surgery: 57.5 Total Lbs gone for good: 84 Hopefully I'll be in one-derland before my 6-month checkup in January.
