4 month surgiversary!!!!

Well today I am officially 4 months post op. I think I have done pretty well with my overall weightloss so far. I am not too happy with my weightloss this month... only 11.5 pounds. I am able to eat more foods, and I have been eatting crackers lately so I think that might be part of the problem.. darn carbs. Here is my chart so far for my monthly weights... Excess = 150 (-240) GOAL = 190 (-205) Start 395.0 7/31/2007 373.5 Surgery Date 8/31/2007 347.0 -48 20% (excess) 23% (to goal) 9/30/2007 327.0 -68 28% (excess) 33% (to goal) 10/31/2007 311.0 -84 35% (excess) 40% (to goal) 11/30/2007 299.5 -95.5 39% (excess) 46% (to goal) I have lost a total of 95.5 pounds in 4 months, which I think is AWESOME!!!!
