Hi, everyone! Had a pretty good week, loosing nearly 3lbs! WOO HOO! I also bought a size 16 pair of jeans (1%lycra) and they FIT!!!! Ok, so they're a little tight! Lots to be thankful for this year. For once, I'm not mortified to be seen by family members that I haven't seen in awhile. I actually feel pretty good about my appearance and am really proud of my wt. loss! I have NEVER done this well by myself. Thank you Dr. Glass and all my OH family!!!! Don't worry about me. I can take it. It's all good fun. Until I posted here I would never tell people my weight or my size, ever! I never told my 130 lb sister or friends that I weighed 160 in high school. I feel free here. We've all been through it and see light at the end of the tunnel.
