I've been lurking on this board for a while now. I decided to post today. I'm officially down 51 lbs! I love this tool! Hopefully you all will be seeing a lot more (less) of me on this board!

Congrats....it is such an amazing feeling isn't it! And welcome to the July board, this is a wonderful place to be...truely alot of support. There is a monday weigh in, but some of us weigh later in the week and add in when we do....whatever you normally do! Amy

Hi, Francine! Wanted to welcome you to the MB, too! So glad you posted! Sounds like you are doing GREAT! What has been easy for you? What has been more difficult? Do you have any tips for us with regards to your success? Hope to hear from you soon, Jean

Fruits, veggies, salads (especially greek salad), tons of crystal light, peach green tea, regular green tea, cheese and peanut butter crackers, tuna, seven layer dip, cheese, fudge-mint sugar free jello pudding (yum!), mini-quiche, taco bell (1 regular taco only)(only crunchy shells) - all easy things to get down. Hard stuff - bread and chicken and nothing with a high sugar content even if I eat just a little bit, I'm sure to get sick. I STAY AWAY FROM THE SUGAR!! I'm getting a little bored with the things I've been eating. Any suggestions? Only thing that I can suggest at this point is to not put anything in your mouth that does not have a protein value or water value in it.
