Weekly weigh in...

I'm late on the weigh in as usual DOS 292 Monday 222 Down 70 lbs. since surgery The scales are finaly moving again they had stopped for awhile but now we're starting to go down again... O'yea I know I haven't made many friends on here but I'm getting a divorce so I hope the crazy depression cravings don't start if they do I don't know what I'll do other than try to eat myself to death....

Your doing fantastic on your weight loss. I'm really sorry that you are going through such a difficult time. Acknowledgement is half the battle in depression cravings. I try to get out of the house when I get like that. Don't forget you can always come here for support. This board can be quiet sometimes but the RNY board or main board is hoping with people ready to help! Best wishes! Heidi

Highest 340 DOS 300 DAS (day after surgery) 318 Last week (because I'm afraid to get on the scale) 251 69 since pre-op Goal at Christmas 225 (I think that's realistic) I have not been losing like I'd like but I am working on my demons everyday to improve. Love to all of you... Pam

Hello All! Highest Weight: 278 pounds Day of Surgery: 243 pounds Today **** 07): 179 pounds Total lost since surgery: 64 pounds Total lost: 99 pounds!!!! So close to the 100 pound mark!!! Woohoo!!! Also, my BMI is now 29.8!!!! I am not considered OBESE anymore!!! I am just overweight!! Snaps for me!! Hehe..... Let's all keep up the good work!!!
