Weekly weigh in...

highest: 312 dos: 295 today 234 61 lbs since surgery 78 since highest I only 1.5 loss this week but I'm 78 down and 79 to go so a half pound and I'm at the half way mark!

DOS: 328 Today: 271 57 pounds since surgery! 6 pounds this week!!!! What a great week I had, and honestly, nothing has changed that I am doing...just my body catching up I guess! Hope everyone's Monday is a beautiful day! Lisa

highest: 496 DOS : 355 this morning : 300.6 54.4 since surgery 195.4 total down 3.6lbs since last week. I dont have a goal weight set for the end of all the weight loss. my dr says 180 or 190 but I would love to get down to about 150 so I have a long road to go still.

highest: 315 dos: 290 today 230 60 lbs since surgery 85 since highest 3 LBS down this week. Slow and steady. I am okay with that as long as I continue to lose! I would love to lose 30 more by the New Year, but I believe that is a pretty aggressive goal so we'll see what happens.

I'm STILL stuck in a STALL...going on week #2 of NO LOSS. I want to cry...somedays I feel like I'll never lose another pound, but I know that's just not true. Anyone else ever feel that way? This is my second stall since surgery. The first one lasted 4 weeks...weeks 4-7 post op after a loss of 32 pounds the first 3 weeks. I knew another would come, just not so soon! If this one last 4 weeks I might just commit myself!! just kiddin'! I started the 5 day pouch test on the Texas board with several others, just to get unstuck! You can track my progress there. Pre Op 290 Date of Surgery 265 Today 217 Total of 73 pounds lost! 48 since surgery.

Highest: 254 dos: 218 today: 168.4 49.6 lbs. since surgery 85.6 lbs. since highest I had a big loss this week...the biggest in a while. 5.6 lbs. The two to three weeks previous, I was only losing about 1 lb. per week.

Pre-Surgery 243 DOS: 237 Today: 184 53 lbs since surgery 59 lbs total Down 4 pounds this week.

Still another slow and steady week for me, which is fine.... Pre-liquid 245 DOS 236 Today 190 (-1 from last week) Grand total 55 lbs 60 lbs from goal Everyone is doing so well....congrats!
