Hello everyone... Pre-Liquid: 296 DOS: 281 Today: 230.5 Since Surgery: -50.5 Total: -65.5 This week: -1.5

I went today for my 3 month post-op visit with my surgeon. Here are my stats: Highest Weight: 278 lbs Day of Surgery: 243 lbs Today 10.29.07: 182 lbs Total loss since surgery: 61 lbs Total loss since highest weight: 96 lbs Wow! I am smokin'!!! My goal is to be down a total of 100 lbs by 4 months post-op. Can I do it?? I think so!!! Leslie

Weigh on Monday was... 310.5 TOTAL LOST... 84.5

Highest weight 360 DOS: 350 Current: 286 Since Surgery 64 lbs Total 74 lbs

Weigh to go everyone!!! Thank goodness for my ticker to keep up with the changes.... this is my slow loosing time of the month - Urgg... Highest weight 254.5 usually I go with 255 as my highest Current weight 198 Down 56.5 pounds Yeah, I finally made it to ONDERLAND, but I don't seem to be moving now. Slowly but surely!!

Highest: 328 Current:277 Total Lost: 51! Thats 3 pounds since last week!!! Can't believe the Halloween candy is not tempting me! It is great to be in control! Hugs, Lisa
