Wows and Goals

I went shopping this weekend. Even though I spent most of my day shopping for my daughter I wanted to try on some things out side the woman's department just to see how close I was. I found a size 16. Now I couldn't zip them but I got them on over my butt. That's huge since I don't think I could have gotten one leg in them before! I see this as my next goal! Maybe next month or definitely by December!!!! ps I was able to buy two XL henley's in the regular size shop. Cleaning out my closet I found a payload of old bra's I've grown out of that fit me great now.

Hi, Heidi! Congrats on your new size! It reallly feels good to move into smaller sizes! I've been wanting to go shopping just to see what size I can get into now, too. Still have clothes to wear from when I was smaller but it won't be long til those have to go as well! Isn't this fun? Jean

I think my new size is really about a 18, 16 is still too small. I'm wearing 20's right now and they are really too big. I have many sizes in my closet. The smallest is 18. I just need to wear the bigger stuff to save a little bit on my clothing expenses. Heidi

I hear you on that!!! I've been "retiring" clothes when my DH tells me I look like a clown in them! Jean
