Well, another slow week, but it is really adding up! Pre-liquid 245 DOS 236 Today 194 (-2 from last week) Grand total 51 lbs.....I am starting to see I don't loose fast, but I really don't stall either...I am very consistant with loosing 1 to 3 lbs a week and I feel blessed by that! Everyone is doing so amazing...I look forward to mondays now to see everyones progress! Amy

Hi Fellow July Sisters Everyone is doing fantastic !!! Wow..... This weekend I faced my demon I went to Great Adventure and got on the same roller coaster that was the catalyst for getting this surgery(read profile) nervous at first then it was time to go after a 2 and a half hour wait...jeez.... got on and guess what? the attendant made the seat belt even tighter..... last year that would have never happened...could barely fit last year
