Hi, Jennifer! Wow! You are doing great! I agree it's difficult to eat as we should when on vac, work trips, etc. I went to a scrapbooking retreat this weekend and there was soooo much food! Brought some protein bars, water and sugarfree candy...and tried a few things (bite here and there) but was able to stay pretty much on track. (Good for me!) It is really hard but as some on this MB have said before, "You gotta keep your eye on the prize". I know the success I've had with my wt loss really motivates me to make "better" choices. Hi, Kim! You are soooooooooooo close to Onederland!!!! Can't wait to hear from you when you reach that momentous milestone! I am 6lbs away myself, as of this am! I had set a mini-goal of making it by 10/15 but that's OK. It's coming!!! You must be so happy to be this far!!!!! Keep up the good work! Jean
