Out of the 300's into the 200's

I had surgery July 12 and weighed in at 364 pounds. I got weighed this morning and I was 298 pounds. -66 Lbs This joyous day came after a 4 week plateau. Thanks to my wls friends I have been measuring myself all along. When the scale did not move the inches did. Dont get discouraged if you plateau and it is never too late to start measuring. I'm doing really well. I exercise at least once a day trying to throw in walks here and there. I kinda wish I've lost more weight just because I have so much to loose that I'm afraid of never getting to my goal before the honeymoon phase is over.

Hi, Heidi! Try not to worry too much about the honeymoon period. I read somewhere (RNY MB, I think?) that the "window of opportunity" is more like 18 months. I'm still trying to take advantage of this first six months but that post was helpful in easing my mind. Jean
