I met with the nurse practitioner yesterday. I asked if I could start weight lifting and she said it was a great idea. Just know that you may stall your weight loss. She said that its important to keep or build muscle because for every 1lb of muscle you burn 200 extra calories during the day just sitting around!

I've been lifting for over a month now and I don't feel right if i don't do it.You'll hurt like hell at first and that can make you say I don't want to lift today but keep doing it you will see and love the results We go every other day Start small and increase when it feels easy i try to increase the weight every week. I don't have any sagging skin and I feel that was due to me lifting and losing at the same time....Good luck on your new journey!!!!
