I tried a new product....

I just purchased Kellogg's Special K20 protien water mix in iced tea flavor. It is good. It tastes good has a bit of a whey protein smell but over ice is very good. I like it and thought I would share. I have seen this product at Ralphs and Stater Bros. It breaks down like this: 1 packet serving/14 grams for 16.9-20 fl oz. (I used it in my 32 oz of smar****er) Calories = 30 Total Fat = 0 grams Sodium = 35 grams Carbs = 7 grams Dietary Fiber = 5 grams Sugars = 0 grams Protein = 5 grams Niacin = 20% Vitamin B12 = 20% Vitamin B6 = 20%

GREAT thanks... I am so aweful with protein drinks they are either too sweet tasting or thick tasting and I cant stomache it. I will have to try these again
