Mini-Goal/Self Challenge?
I broke the whole process down into small steps this whole time....I'm now at the "be smaller than I have been in 10 years" goal....next is "be under 200 lbs." goal. Then there is the "be smaller than my husband" goal - and then the "be overweight - not obese" goal. After that I'm working on being in a size 8-10.
I'm thinking under 200 by Thanksgiving - I'm at 224 now - so I think that is doable??
