Went for a nice long walk last night and the air was so fresh and crisp. Now I am having a case of the "Monday's" because I am stuck inside at work! Oh well, the weekend will be here soon enough and hopefully with some pounds lost too! Highest: 315 Consultation: 307 Surgery Day: 290 Last Week: 253 Today: 251 Total Since Highest: 64 Since Surgery: 39
