Those SF popsicles have saved me from giving in to the cravings many a time! Oh, what are ak-mak crackers? You are doing so great in getting your protein in! I went out and bought some FF turkey chile, found some ckn ala king (canned) w/ lots of protein and low fat/cal to try (as suggested in this thread) and, more yogurt! Yogurt is my mainstay but I don't want to get sick of it. Keep up the good work! It's great to hear from you, Take care, Jean
This week and the end of last week, I finally feel really good. I have good energy (except by the weekend, then I honestly just want to be a slug and do nothing other than the mandatory chores), I'm sleeping pretty well, exercising, eating well (typically between 800 and 900 cals a day, 60 to 80 grams of protein per day), and my clothes are getting very loose and baggy. I just feel GOOD again.
