Hi Lex, I make my own pizza once in a while. I use a whole wheat crust pre-made I crisp it up real well before I put anything on it then I use some sauce and 1/2 no fat cheese and 1/2 light cheese and make it well done so it's crisp and I unfortunately can eat 2 pieces small. I am having conversation with some of my friends on this site that are also having problems with eating more than anyone else or that we think we should but what the hell we just have to try a little harder in the watching what we eat and lots of exercise!
