Recipes?

I can eat pretty much anything I want to these days. I try to stay away from carbs and starches and sugars. Luckily I have toleraed everything. I mostly concentrate on chicken (marinated in different sauces, for a little change). Most of them are yummy. I eat tuna with Dukes light mayo. I have even made chili with Turkey meat. Not bad. I have also made "spaghetti" with whole grain noodles, sauce, and again Turkey meat. Pretty good. I also buy the Jennie'O turkey (frozen in a loaf) Can buy at Wal-Mart for $2.50. It's good to.
