HI Julyers!! I gotta know!!!
I'm exercising three times a week at the gym weights treadmill and swimming I think I need to step it up...I'll be 2 months out on Sept 3rd and it seems like I should be in my hundreds by now I thought I was out of my stall because the scale said 211 on Tuesday now it say 215 I'm frustrated....... I do over 70 grams of protein a day maybe I need to step it up on the liquids I'm not making goal always a little short

We had our surgery the same day. I exercise EVERYDAY... I joined a gym and go there at least 4-5 times a week. The days I don't there, I pop in a Denise Austin DVD and do some aerobics. I do stomach crunches on a daily basis. I also do 5 lb. weights to tighten my arms and put on my ankle weights and do leg lifts. Boy, do I feel the burn. At the gym I do the treadmill for about and hour. This morning, I walked 2 1/2 miles and burned 205 calories. Good luck to you. Hope this helps.....

Yall are doing so good with your workouts. I'm still slacking. I do exercise being at Stay at home Mom to an almost 3 year old and a 9 month old. SO between playing airplane with both of them and doing chores, and hitting the parks... I get some exercise in, but it's not exactly cardio or all that much weight training. I have put a call in for our local gym and that's next on my plate to make happen!! I'm starting to see saggy skin and I hit my 30 pound weight loss today... Tomorow is my one month mark!!!
I was told I couldnt do anything but walk for the first 6 weeks. My 6 weeks will be tuesday Sept 4th. Was anyone else told that? I have lost 40 pounds and seeing saggy skin as well and really want to start tightening this up! I have been walking daily, still cant get as far as I feel I should be able to. Having some lower back pain when I walk to much.

Well we joined 24 hr fitness and we go prob 3 or 4 times a week I spend about 1 1.2 in the pool and then time in the sauna and steam room. It feels good. We have just taken full custody of my 9 yr old stepson Wow that makes a difference in my routine. lol we do alot more physical stuff now just the bending stooping playing ball and stuff have to be helping my excercise. What a God send. Thanks all for the encouragement.
