So I have been told that after surgery one will have so much more energy and literally feel like running down the block etc etc. Okay, bottom line, I have not felt this. I am still tired and a bit lethargic. Don't get me wrong, I make it through the day at work and all but by the time I get home I am beat! I had to literally drag my butt off the couch tonight to go for a 30 minute walk. I am waiting for that burst of energy that I was promised! As for my protein/water/vitamin levels--all are where I should be. How is everyone else feeling?

ENER.....WHAT? I got home today took a 2 1/2 hour nap, woke up for 1 1/4 hours at this point and am getting ready to go back to bed for the night. I'm still waiting for the burst as well! Well I'm back off to be...zzzzzzzzzz! I Am Stronger Than Myself Janice

I went back to work this week and seem to have more energy. I am going to exercise with in the hour that I get home. This gives me a boost for a few hours after. I also make sure I take my B-12. I'm asleep by 9:30 p.m. I was finding when I took naps I went to bed much later. But this week is much better so Heidi

This has been my only surgical problem. I am so fatigued--I fight for enough energy to make it through the day. My protein, water and vitamins are just fine. I also exercise every day but nothing has helped yet.
