What is your favorite thing to eat since WLS??
I don't have a favorite yet, but i can tell you that I am SICK of chicken tenders!!!! When we're out and about, I have to get something to eat, and that's the easiest....I can eat only 1, and it goes down well, but I'm so tired of them! I like to explore the menu when we go out different places, and have found some good choices!
I haven't gad broccolli as I was told to stay away from that for awhile, and I really am craving a nice salad with tomatoes, cuccumbers and ranch dressing! I can't wait for 6 months!
Lamb roast
Roasted red potatoes
Cucumber(the small ones) grape tomatoes monzarella balls with balsamic vinegar...yum
Baked chicken
Sushi
Grapefruit salad(pink and white)
Deluxe mixed nuts lightly salted
Chicken and brocolli stir-fry with mushrooms carrots sugar snap peas
Canadian bacon with a egg(A.M.)
Grilled cheese
Still trying stuff...will keep you posted
You all have given some great ideas.
When we go out I have been looking for soup... LOL
I want real food... LOL
sushi... a favorite japaneese resturant near us makes a Katlyn roll.. YUMMY... I wonder when I can have that... of course we will have to get hibachi too... my son loves the FIRE... LOL
Thanks again everyone
Sushi Is one of my all time favs I was scared to order it because I heard so much about not being able to digest rice... I was so happy to be at my favorite Japanese spot that I ordered my usual ...BIG MISTAKE normally I get the rainbow roll and the avocado roll I could only eat 3 pieces (for all you sushi lovers know you can't keep sushi overnight) So I was mad at myself for not thinking and seeing all that beautiful sushi in the garbage ! Won't do that again .......Lesson learned! No problem with the rice though
Favorites....yummmm
Baked tilapia (fish) with grated fresh parmesan or swiss cheese on top. Sometimes a few zuchini slices on top (season with spices you like).

Boiled egg and canadian bacon (pizza size).

Bakes pita chips (crunchy with tuna or chicken salad)
