4 weeks out and here are the results

45 pounds GONE!!! Very happy! Things are going well according to the doctor. Have a hard time with Chicken and I love chicken. All in due time I guess. Just dropping a line to brag a bit. Laura

Great Job! I am also 4 weeks out. 32lbs lost. I also am having trouble with chicken. I found that deli sliced chicken goes down much easier.

kATHRYN - What surgery did you have if i may ask? I had lap band and only lost 18 lbs since the end of june. Very disappointed. (I AM SO JEALOUS)!!!! YOU GO GIRL***

CONGRATS! 45lbs gone FOREVER!!! Braggin is totally acceptable here!! Isn't it just a wonderful thing to see those pounds melt away! I have lost nearly 50lbs since 7/10...that includes the wonderful liquid diet pre and post! I've recently started on solid foods and tried some chicken that comes in a foil bag. It was actually pretty good. I'll check on the brand if you like. How much are you able to eat at one sitting now? GOtta run, Take care, Jean
