I'm Home and happy to be here!

I am new to this board. I had lap rny on the 24th and got home from the hospital yesterday...so I am officially 5 days out now. I have lost a total of 20 lbs since the day before surgery. I know, unbelievable. I can hardly believe it myself. Anyway, just wanted to say hi. Ashley

Hi Ashley, I had my surgery on the 23rd and so glad to find this forum. I have so many issues with the protein. Today I went to the outside mall if you can believe that. I would have never thought it was possible even yesterday. Congratulations on your weight loss. Claudia
