hello everyone i just wanted you to know i am on my liquid diet before surgery and i wanted new things anyways if you mix orange crystal lite /whey vinalla together it taste like a creamcicle its not bad at all also hubby said if maybe if i mix the chocalatewhey and the rasberry crystal lite it might taste like a chocalate cover cherry not tried it yet but if this helps anyone let me know how it taste good luck everyone surgery is set for aug 8 th wish me luck i need it

I put popsicles in the blender with the vinalla and some ice which was very good too
