Happy One Week Bandiversary!

Hmmm, at this time LAST week I was just about to wake up-oh my what a difference a week makes. I'm thrilled, thrilled with my band and my decision.

Congratulations! My one week will be Monday. I have lost 3 pounds (today I am up 1/2), but I am hopeful that things will start moving in the right direction. My DH says by 2 weeks I will feel great.
