1 week post-op...ADVICE PLEASE!

when you can try my sisters recipe , chicken broth with a beaten egg in it. she swears its so good. ill try it after surgery when i cant eat anything

yes, I felt guilty about the $$ my family was spending eating out so I made dinner last night. I sat in the next room while they ate, then heated up my broth. The whole rest of the night I felt "head hungry". I don't think I'll be doing that again tonight!

Thank you all for your comments. Congrats to all of you on your liquid diets. I'll tell ya....easier said then done! I thought this would be a breeze, but little did I know, it's not! At least I got for my two-week post-op visit tomorrow, so I will get a new list of foods! Thank goodness! Have a great week everyone!

My surgery was on the 27th. I am having soft foods now (since 1 week follow up). I just need to find out what protein drinks everyone is taking. Everything I have tried seems so so sweet. I'm not taking them at all and I know this is bad.
