Need Help In My Direction

Hi May name is Barbara, And my daughter is 18 years old.I so frustrated. My health insurance won't pay for my daughter's surgery because she is not 21.her BMI is55 So now I have her on Blue Cross Medical. Are their surgeons out there in Northern Calif.that do the Gastric Bypass? It has been a long haul for me we have been with this for two years now. I know their will be hope at the end of the tunel. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank You So Much Barbara

Hi Barbara.. Yeah... there's lots of doctors in the area that do the surgery. I would check with UCSF in San Francisco. Those are the guys that are teaching this surgery. They have an outstanding reputation. It only took me 4 months from beginning to end to qualify with them. Good Luck!
