Anemia suggestions anyone?????

Hi Guys!!!! I am extremely tired from this anemia and I am on a full Ld I do take iron 3x's a day but what else can I do...........HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ask your doctor for a prescription for Procrit. It will build your red blood cells.

I was diagnosed with anemia on 6/25 and they post poned my surgery which was scheduled for 7/17. I'm on special iron pills and I had to get an upper GI and they discovered I have an ulcer which probably was bleeding. Surgery rescheduled for 8/31. Your doctor will know what to give you as far as vitamins, be sure to take what is all required. Hope you're up and peppy real soon.
