IT'S ALMOST 3 YRS FOR ME

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S BEEN ALMOST 3 YEARS SINCE MY GASTRIC BYPASS!!! Anybody out there , my date was 7-7-04 and I'm down 140lbs. and i thank God everyday that i did it. life is good. it has been so long since i've been on the site, hello to everyone. margaret

how do you stay sane throught the clear diet. i'm on full liquids on saturday. it seems forever away. i can tolerate full liquids because i love protein shakes. but the clear stuff.....
